Refund Policy

No Refunds on Custom Orders

Because each product is made uniquely based on your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy reflects the custom nature of our products, which are produced on demand for each customer.

Replacement Policy

Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products:
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement.

Reporting a Problem

If your order arrives damaged, please report the issue on the order details page or contact pascale@close2you.design within 30 days of receiving the item. To help us resolve your case quickly, please include:

  • A description of the problem and packaging condition.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s), packaging exterior, and any inserts.

Process for Replacement

Once we review and validate your claim, we will produce and ship a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our return and replacement policies.
