Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For customers outside the EU/EEA and UK:
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a production error.
